AirLife AirX Incentive Spirometer (AirLife 001900) is a disposable option for those who need to use a spirometer. This device is for those who are needing to expand their lung capacity or for post-surgeries to measure the ability of the lungs. By blowing into the mouthpiece, the air elevates the small plastic ball inside the tube. Depending on the lung capacity, the ball will reach varying heights of the tube and the stronger the breath, the longer it will stay up as well. The higher and longer the elevation of the ball, the stronger the lung.

The AirX Spirometer can be adjusted to be measured in milliliters per second. It has a detachable base plate so it can be used free standing or for easy holding.
