We are now offering Mask Assembly Kits to patients who need parts to refresh or rebuild their masks. This Assembly Kit includes the mask frame/cushion combo, and, optionally, you can add the headgear.

Optional Headgear Selection:
16118 - Small headgear (only with Small and Extra Small Cushion selection)
16117 – Medium headgear (only with Medium Cushion selection)
16119 – Large headgear (only with Large Cushion selection)
Without the additional headgear, this package only includes the mask cushion and frame.
