How often should you replace the AirFit™ 20 mask?

In order for the mask to continue giving you the best sleep apnea therapy available, we recommend that you replace the silicone cushion every 1 month. Mask tubing should be every 3 months and headgear every 6 months.

Your mask should also be cleaned regularly, if you do not have a CPAP cleaning machine, use warm water with mild dish soap and dry out of direct sunlight.

The AirFit™ series has a size gauge available to make sure you find the best fit for you.

Please print out the size gauge template from the Size Gauge tab from above.

Steps in disassembling F20 mask:

1. Remove elbow from frame.
2. Un-clip the magnetic clips.
3. Undo upper headgear tabs.
4. Pull strapping away from frame.
5. Pull cushion away from frame.

Steps in re-assembling F20 mask:

1. Attach cushion to frame.
2. Attach the magnetic clips.
3. Connect upper headgear straps.
4. Connect elbow to mask frame.
